MARY FROM THE ROUGE CHILI

1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Chili flakes
1 16oz can kidney beans – drained
1 16oz can pinto beans – drained
1 LB ground beef – browned and drained
1 cup of onion finely chopped
1/4 Cup of Vodka (optional)
1 cup of Celery finely chopped
15 oz Mary from the Rouge Bloody Mary mix, more if needed.
In a large pot over medium heat add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and Sauté the celery and onions until soft, add all remaining ingredients bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour
